    Phil Hendicott

    Hailing from a diverse background, with previous careers in defence and health, I bring a unique approach to real estate. I believe the key to achieving outstanding results culminates not only from effective marketing and negotiation, but through sound preparation, effective strategy, problem solving and leadership. From this I understand that actions speak louder than words.

     

    I have a strong empathy for all those involved in the sales process. Understanding that a property sale is not a business transaction but a major life event in many sellers' and buyers' lives. Always able to see the “other side”, I am a genuine people person who has become a trusted adviser to buyers and sellers alike.

     

    In a new age of marketing, I believe that presence across both digital and traditional platforms is imperative to getting a premium result, coupled with traditional customer service and professionalism, I will strive to achieve your desired outcome and deliver on every promise.

     

    Away from Real Estate, I am an American Muscle Car enthusiast and a terrible golfer. I am the proud father of two amazing kids, Olivia and Charles, and the husband to an amazing wife, Ellie. Without their love and support it would be impossible to be able to achieve the best outcomes for my clients. We, as agents, work long, odd and often inconvenient hours, therefore every success is shared with my family.
